Press release from KINGSPORT –Rock Springs Valley Road from Poplar Grove Road to Rock Springs Road will close daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for two weeks beginning Monday, July 9, 2012 to allow for sewer line construction. Motorists are asked to plan alternative routes where possible and use extra caution in work zones.
