Press release on 7/4/12, at approximately 6:00 p.m., investigators of the Johnson City Police Department arrested three subjects at a local motel. Arrested were: Terrelle Sanders (B/M, DOB 11/6/84, 118 Clover St). Sanders is charged with Conspiracy to Sell Schedule II Drugs, and is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Ashley Cooper (W/F, DOB 7/25/83, 201 Rockhouse Rd). Cooper is charged with Conspiracy to Sell Schedule II Drugs, Felony Child Neglect, and Resisting Stop/Frisk/Halt. Cooper is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $21,000 bond. Cynthia Lindsey (W/F, DOB 4/19/83, of Elizabethton, TN). Lindsey is charged with Conspiracy to Sell Schedule II Drugs and Resisting Stop/Frisk/Halt. Lindsey is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of an $11,000 bond. All three are scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on 7/5/12 at 9:00 a.m. for arraignment.
