Police have charged a Johnson City man with being a Fugitive From Justice. A routine records check showed that 28 year old Justin Lovell was wanted in Pima County, Arizona for failure to appear. Arizona authorities said that they would extradite him. Lovell is currently in jail on a 10 thousand dollar bond. (jb)
