A Chuckey, Tennessee woman was arrested Monday afternoon while trying to fill a prescription for a dead relative. Greeneville police responded to the Greene County Pharmacy just after 3:00 o'clock Monday afternoon. 34 year old Kelly Black of Dinwiddie Road tried to get a refill of 90 oxycodone pills. She was charged with prescription fraud which is a Class D felony. (jb)
