More Charges Against Car Salesman A former used car salesman in Johnson City is facing more charges. George Gwinn was arrested by Johnson City police last September. A grand jury has indicted him on a total of 22 counts of theft from 500 dollars to 10 thousand. He is alleged to have failed to give customers titles to their cars. Tennessee law requires a dealer to deliver a title to the purchaser within 30 days. (jb)
