A Johnson City man has been charged with leaving the scene of a crash. Police were called out on a report of a head on collision on East Oakland Avenue near Springbrook. Once there they located a vehcile that belonged to 34 year old Todd Whitaker. He was no where in sight. Police found him walking a short distance from the accident scene. Whitaker is being held under a 52 thousand dollar bond. (jb)
