Poll Shows UVA Presidents Firing, Rehire PR Nightmare
A new statewide poll confirms that University of Virginia president Teresa Sullivan's firing and her subsequent rehiring after angry protests was a public relations debacle for the school's governing board. The Quinnipiac University Poll shows that 47 percent of 1,673 registered Virginia voters surveyed supported Sullivan's reinstatement by a chastened U.Va. Board of Visitors.
