A Damascus, Virginia man is headed to prison for the next 40 months. 28 year old Phillip Watson has been found guilty in the DUI death of his two-year old son. Watson lost control of his pickup on a county secondary road just over two years ago. His two-year old son Ethan died in the crash. He pleaded guilty to manslaughter, felony child abuse and DUI charges. (jb)
