Fireman Calls In Phony Fire
A Hawkins County firefighter has been charged with calling in a phony fire. 20 year old Kevin Michael Boyke is alleged to have called 9-1-1 telling them of a fire on Heck Branch Road. Four fire trucks and 10 crew members, including Boyke responded to the call. An anonymous tipster told police that Boyke was the person that called in the fake fire. (jb)
