Man Arrested For Strangling Wife
A Johnson City man has been jailed after police say he allegedly strangled his wife. 53 year old Edward Foushee has been charged with aggravated assault. Police were called to a home on Broyles Drive Saturday evening. Foushee ran from the scene when police arrived, but was caught quickly. He will be in court today for arraignment. (jb)
