Five Convicted Of Cultural Artifacts Theft
The Tennessee Valley Authority says five people have been convicted of the theft of cultural artifacts from land managed by TVA. Among the defendants: Investigators say Joey Willis of Tuscumbia brought up Native American artifacts while diving at Pickwick Lake in June.
