Two Model City women are behind bars in connectin with a July 2011 car crash that killed a young girl. It happened near mile marker 3 of Interstate 26. 7 year old Jai Lesa Dulaney was unrestrained in the back seat of the car. The car lost crontrol in light rain, entered the median and struck a cable barrier and concrete ditch. Jai Lesa was thrown through the back window. 23 year old Ronisha Shaneen Dully and the girl's mother, 27 year old Keyonna Dulaney were arrested after a grand jury returned an indictment. Both women have posted bond and released from jail. (jb)
