A Kingsport woman has pleaded not guilty to homicide charges in a July 2011 motorcycle fatality. 19 year old Victoria Arapakos was involved in a two-vehicle crash on New Beason Well Road. 64 year old Manuel Mark Owens of Gate City was killed. Police say that Arapakos lost control of her car and slid into the path of Owen's Harley Davidson. He was pronounced dead a short time after the crash. Arapakos was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from her car. (jb)
