Johnson City police have accused 32 year old Tony Whitehead of setting a mobile home on fire. Captain Brian Rice tells us that he was arrested after a Fire Marshall's investigation into the Thursday morning blaze on Leland Road. Whitehead was located by Washington County Sheriff's deputies on Dry Creek Road and arrested. (jb)
