A Sullivan County grand jury has indicted a Johnson City man for allegedly forcing a woman into the driver's seat of his car after being involved in a hit and run accident. The victim says that 42 year old Chris Copas was involved in a hit and run at the Ken-Jo Market January 3rd. He's alleged to have pulled out his knife and forced the woman into the driver's seat of the car near the Interstate 26 overpass.
