The overtime lawsuit settlement between 9-1-1 dispatchers and Unicoi County government has been approved in federal court. Dispatchers filed the suit against the county in January. Mediation in the case awarded the dispatchers just over 121 thousand dollars. Judge Ronnie Greer approved the settlement and ordered the case dismissed. (bg)
