Identity Theft And Drug Arrest
A Jonesborough man has been arrested in Johnson City on Identity Theft, driving on a suspended license, and having drug paraphernalia charges. Police observed 24 year old Franco Becerra sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot of a closed gas station. During the investigation he gave cops his brother's identification, trying to conceal his identity. He is being held on a 12 thousand dollar bond.
