Severe Flooding Closes Schools, Shelters Open
Severe flooding in the area has prompted Johnson City to delay the start of school today. The city garage was flooded and several vehicles are underwater. Rescue crews worked several hours to help people stranded on streets and in their homes. Johnson City has also cancelled all transit service in the city. (jb)
