Judge Gives Week To Detail How Money Spent
A federal judge has given the lawyer for the Saltville Rescue Squad one week to detail how money from the proposed sale of a truck will be spent. The department and it's former president Eddie Wayne Louthian Senior are under scrutiny for alleged fraudulent billing to insurance companies, including Medicare. The squad had asked the court permission to sell the 2008 model Ford E 450 to help pay for expenses they've incurred defending the federal action. (jb)
