Wounded Soldier Home
A Jonesborough soldier wounded in Afghanistan is headed home. U.S. Army Sergeant Josh Hall was wounded when he stepped on an Improvised Explosive Device. Hall's parents met his plane when it touched down in Washington, D.C. He will spend and undetermined amount of time at Walter Reed Army Hospital for treatment. His parents are quoted in a Nate Morabito story on 11 Connects as saying Hall is still on a ventilator and had to have his left leg amputated below the knee. (jb)
