Cop In Trouble Again
A Kingsport police officer has been placed on leave pending the results of an internal investigation. 14 year veteran Bryan Carter was placed on paid leave last week. He has been disciplined three times previously. In 2009 he was suspended three days for seizing money during a traffic stop where money was seized and never turned in. Similar incident happened in 2005 and 2003. (jb)
