Kingsport police have arrested a Fall Creek Road man after child pornography was found on his laptop computer. 50 year old James David Skelton is a registered sex offender. Police searched his home after a concerned citizen tipped them off to the images. A total of thirteen images were found on the computer. Skelton was arrested and booked into the city jail. He will be arraigned today. (jb)
