A Gate City patrol officer was flagged down by a man saying there was a possible car accident on US 23. Thatís where Officer Gillenwater found 27-year old Christopher Gibson trying to move a 1963 Chevy Biscayne out of the median. After some probing, Gibson confessed to taking excessive amount of cold medication. He also admitted to taking the wrecked car from the Sunshine Sales Auto Dealership.
