Wilbanks Gets More Time In Prison
Twenty years has been added to the sentence of a man convicted in May of killing a man and shooting a teenage girl. 46 year old Dale Wilbanks was sentenced to 25 years on those charges. He pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery, driving on revoked and other motor vehicle charges Monday in Sullivan County. The robbery charge comes from his robbing the K-Mart pharmacy less than 40 minutes after he shot and killed 64 year old James Lawson in June 2010. (jb)
