Kingsport police have served a federal indictment on a man for his role in selling drugs and guns to an undercover cop. 22 year old Sylvanus Jones and his co-defendant Devin Gordon are alleged to have tried to rob the undercover agent during a drug buy. Both men were indicted on conspiracy, distribution and use of a firearm while trafficking drugs. Sylvanus Jones will be in federal court today. (jb)
