Kingsport city leaders will close the Netherland Inn Roundabout for the next 45 days. This will allow the city to make necessary repairs. The closure will begin at 9:00 o'clock Sunday night. Access to Netherland Inn Road and Center Street will still be available. Other detour routes will be in place. (jb)
