Johnson City police say it was a reckless teenager who will now face criminal charges after driving off the road and hitting a landscaper and a house. The Thursday crash occurred on Baxter Street as the 16-year old juvenile lost control of the vehicle in a curve and proceeded into oncoming traffic before leaving the roadway. (bg)
