The construction of the new parking garage and a pedestrian walkway at ETSU could pose a problem for students returning to campus this fall. They are warned that finding a parking space make take more time and students may not have access to the parking lots they have used in the past. However, a new parking area at the baseball stadium on University Parkway will also provide access to a shuttle to and from campus. That new parking lot alone will provide approximately 300 spaces. ETSU broke ground on the 26-million dollar student parking garage that may be ready by fall of 2013 offering over 12-hundred new spaces. (bg)
