The state has rested it's case against a man charged in the November, 2005 double murder of Jeffrin Nolan and Terrance Alexander in Kingsport. 36 year old Jawaune Massey is believed to have killed the two men, execution style. It's not known if Massey's defense team will put any witnesses on the stand when court resumes today. Another defendant Leslie Ware Junior is awaiting a trial date. (jb)
