Gov. Bob McDonnell says Virginia is making significant advancements to improve transportation. Officials say that $14 billion worth of transportation projects are under construction or in the procurement process. The projects include road and rail improvements aimed at keeping traffic, jobs and business moving in Virginia and along the East Coast.
