Shots Fired Arrest
A man has been arrested after police responded to a shots fired call in Johnson City. 55 year old Daryl Higdon was found to be drunk and in possession of a shotgun and ammunition. A records check revealed Mr. Higdon to be a convicted felon. He was taken to the county jail where he is being held under a 10,500 dollar bond. (jb)
