Two Gate City, Virginia men have been indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly destroying property and setting a fire in the Jefferson National Forest. 26 year old Jeremy Scalf and 24 year old Christopher Sons are said to have pulled a metal gate out of the ground and destroyed it. The two men are also alleged to have set fire to an information kiosk at the trailhead of Little Stony Falls in Scott County. The two men are facing 5-20 years in prison. (jb)
