Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan is returning to Virginia. The Virginia campaign of GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney says Ryan will visit Northwest Hardware in Roanoke on Wednesday morning. Virginia is a key battleground state for Romney and his rival, President Barak Obama.
