Bristol, Tennessee police have made an arrest in the August 14th robbery of the CVS Pharmacy on Virginia Avenue. Media coverage led to a tip that developed 38 year old Robert Allen Payne as a suspect. He is also suspected of robbing the Kroger Pharmacy in Sevierville. Payne turned himself into the Bristol, Virginia Sheriff's office this week and is said to have confessed to the crimes. (jb)
