Travel lanes will be shifted today in the 100 and 200 blocks of North Roan Street in Johnson City. Traffic will be moved to the center turn lane from 8:30 until about 3:00 o'clock. North Roan Street will not be accessible from West King Street. Crews will be in the area performing waterline maintenance. Northbound traffic will not be affected. (jb)
