Storm sewer repairs are going to impact traffic on Kingsport's Broad and Sullivan Streets. Beginning Wednesday at 9:00pm until 7:00 am Thrusday morning the Church Circle leg of east bound Sullivan Street and south bound Broad Street from Church Circle to New Street will be closed. Motorists are asked to plan an alternative route. (jb)
