A six million dollar lawsuit against Bluff City over its speed cameras has been dismissed. Federal judge Ronnie Greer granted a motion to dismiss the lawsuit against the town, Mayor Irene Wells and American Traffic Solutions. The lawsuit claimed the town and the company had conspired to violate the Fair Debt Collections Act along with state law and the town's own ordinances. (jb)
