If you are a Sullivan County property owner, you can expect to see your property tax notices in the mail this week. This will be the first bill since the county commission voted to increase the property tax rate by .20 cents per 100 dollars of assessed value. County Trustee Frances Harrell says that if you don't receive a tax notice to call her office at 323-6455. (jb)
