A disturbance call at a local motel led Johnson City police to arrest a man on fugitive from justice charges. A records check revealed that 48 year old Scotty Barnes was wanted in Bristol, Virginia on drug related charges as well as conspiracy. Mr. Barnes was taken to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held under a 20 thousand dollar bond. Arraignment is today. (jb)
