Alleged Abduction & Assault In Bristol Virginia
Police in Bristol Virginia are investigating an alleged abduction and assault. The female victim reported to police that she and the suspect became involved in a disagreement while on the parking lot of the Food City on Bonham Road. The victim reportedly went to the suspect's residence to retrieve her keys and purse that had been taken from her. Once the victim entered the home, she reports being thrown to the floor and choked by 30-year-old Jason S. Price of Bristol Virginia. He reportedly threw her on a couch and continued the assault. She claims that when she was finally allowed leave she went straight to the police department to report the incident. Following a search warrant Price was charged with Abduction, Kidnapping, Strangulation and Assault and Battery of a family member. He was arrested without incident and is being held without bond in the Bristol Virginia Jail. He suffered minor injuries during the incident but did not require hospitalization.
