The Nashville man who was charged with first-degree murder in May, 2010 for killing a West Virginia man at a Unicoi County overlook has entered a guilty plea. John Lee Brooks pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of second degree murder. He killed 23 year old Matthew Ware who was hitch hiking.
