A Bristol woman is facing felony neglect charges after he young daughter received first and second degree chemical burns. The 10 month old child received the burns on her head, neck and arms. 22 year old Kayla Sluder is said to have admitted to having snorted bath salts and passing out. She awoke to the cries of the girl. She found liquid on the childs arms and face and her skin peeling. Sluder was indicted in June, but the case was resubmitted to the grand jury for correction this week. She will be arraigned on October 11th. (jb)
