Free Photo ID's
Tennessee and Virginia both require photo identification at the polls in November. Tennessee residents without one can get it for free at all eight Driver Service Centers on the first Saturday of October and November. The Washington County Drivers Service Center on Lake Park Drive in Johnson City will be open that day from 8 am until 4 pm October 6th and November 3rd. The centers are only open on theses days for those needing a photo ID and not for any other service. (bg)
