The town of Surgoinsville is moving forward with their plans to install a 3.5 million dollar sewer project. Residents in the area where the new system will go should receive notification letters within a few weeks. The project will see 350 customers hooked up during the first phase of construction. Work is expected to be completed by late 2013 or early 2014. (jb)
