Washington Co. TN Grand Jury Indictment
A 27-year-old Kingsport woman has been charged in helping a friend steal over a half-million dollars in gold. Pamela Ann Perkey was charged with giving a man a garage door opener to gain entrance to a Washington County Tennessee home in March of this year. Perkey is accused of telling 33-year-old Roscoe Phillips where the money was inside. He is still facing a Sessions Court trial on those charges.(CS)
