Kingsport Vice Detectives recovered a stolen vehicle during a stake out. It happened just before 5:00 o'clock Tuesday evening. Officers observed a 2012 Toyota Rav 4 in the parking lot at 403 Allen Drive. The vehicle had been reported as stolen by Hertz Rental in Cincinnati, Ohio. During the investigation it was learned that 41 year old Jason Laforce had been in possession of the car. He was located at the Dollar Tree on West Stone Drive and arrested.
