Netherland Inn Roundabout Open
Kingsport's Netherland Inn Road roundabout has reopened for traffic. It had been closed while Summers Taylor construction company replaced all of the concrete barriers surrounding the roundabout. Those barriers started failing not long after opening for traffic last year. City officials worked with insurance and bonding companies to get the repairs done at no cost to the city. (jb)
