Elderly Woman Drives Car Into Building
An elderly woman drove into the side of an empty bank building Thursday afternoon. The 81 year old woman had been at Krystal on Euclid Avenue around 12:30 when she lost control of her car, drove across four lanes of traffic, slamming into the building. The unidentified woman was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Investigating officers say that her accelerator became stuck. No charges are expected to be filed. (jb)
