The Sullivan County Sheriff's Office has released the identity of the man killed in Thursday's tractor roll-over accident. They say that 56 year old Stephen Smith was moving logs when the accident happened. Witnesses told police that Smith was trying to move a larg log when the tractor started rolling backward. Smith tried to jump off but was unable to do so before the tractor rolled over and pinned him underneath. He was pronounced dead at the scene. (jb)
