Open Registration For Firefighting Jobs
Registration begins today for five open positions for the Johnson City Fire Department. Candidates interested in working for the Fire Department will have until October 19th to register. Chief Mark Scott says that “the next step is for candidates to take a written test”. Those that pass the written exam will be given physical agility test, background checks and polygraphs. Chief Scott hopes to have a list of finalists for the open slots by January. (jb)
